PLEASE NOTE: REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY - A DEPOSIT OF 50% of the estimated total cost at the time of drop off.
NOTE - All sewing above and beyond normal mount procedure/estimate is charged at $30.00 per hour
  • We accept cash, email transfer or certified cheque.   
  • All species, including both harvested game and "found dead" wildlife, MUST be accompanied with proper paper work including, Outdoors card, hunting licenses and wildlife certificates at the time of drop off.
  • Trophy Hill Taxidermy may decide on a client to client basis whether a specimen(s) can be left for work if it's not accompanied with the required deposit.  However, if no deposit is received within 1 week then at Trophy Hill Taxidermy's discretion one or both of these options may be enforced:
  1. Client will be asked to come pick up the specimen(s). 
    **    *If the client does not pick up, then the specimen(s) will become the property of Trophy Hill Taxidermy.
  2. Account will enter collections if client and Trophy Hill Taxidermy had an agreement to start processing the specimen without a deposit at the time of drop off and/or if processing of the specimen has begun.
  • We will always try to assess the specimen when the client brings it in so that we can provide an accurate quote however, please note: ​​Due to the nature of the business; e.g. changes to supplier costs, quality of field preparation by client etc., prices are subject to change without notice. If it will be an exorbitant increase, the client will be notified.
  • Upon completion of the mount(s) the client will be notified and from that date, the balance is due immediately. There will be a grace period for the client of 7 days to make pick up arrangements and final payments if owing. If the client does not complete the transaction, a per month storage fee of 10% of the final cost of the mount will be applied for a total maximum period of 1month that the finished mount is in our possession beyond the original 7 day grace period. If there has been no attempt to make the final transaction arrangements at that time, then at Trophy Hill Taxidermy's discretion, one or both of these options will be enforced:
  1. Specimen(s) will become the property of Trophy Hill Taxidermy with no return of deposits .
  2. Account will enter collections.***If client pays total amount due (including accrued storage fees) via collections PLUS our cost for using the agency, they can retain ownership of the mount
